Project Manager Sr. (IAM / IT Security)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
• Document meeting minutes, track action items, and provide regular project updates.
• Facilitate cross-team planning and scope discussions for IT Security and IAM projects.
• Support refinement of IT processes and workflows related to Identity and Access Management.
• Ensure IAM project requirements and security standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive effective communication and change management activities across project teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Experience creating project plans, documenting meeting minutes, tracking action items, and providing status updates.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools such as:
  • Jira
  • Microsoft Project
  • Workfront
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience improving or refining IT processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall IT experience.
• Implementation project experience.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, best practices, and technologies.
• Experience supporting IT Security initiatives.
• Experience managing interconnected IT and IAM projects.
• Knowledge of Visio.
