Description

Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Technology / Medical Devices: Los Angeles

Location: Pasadena, CA
 Duration: Approximately 24 Months
 Travel: Approximately 25%
 Education: BA/BS Required; master’s Preferred
Certification: PMP or other Project Management certification preferred
Interview: Virtual

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall planning and execution of a multi-year medical device lifecycle and replacement program.
  • Partner with Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), Sourcing, Patient Care Services/Nursing, medical device vendors, and other enterprise stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple workstreams across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Develop clear executive communications, presentations, status reports, and program updates.
  • Identify key business issues, risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and develop effective action plans.
  • Lead change management and support organizational readiness for new initiatives and processes.
  • Coordinate with medical device vendors and internal teams throughout the planning and replacement lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional business initiatives and programs.
  • Proven experience in program planning, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and change management.
  • Strong ability to manage and influence a large group of enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business issues and develop actionable solutions.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
