Description
Join our team in Harlem, NY for a full-time role managing construction projects from start to finish. 
The Project Manager will oversee all phases, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance, while maintaining project documentation. 
This role requires proficiency in general project management technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise project phases, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Coordinate team and subcontractor activities to ensure project goals are met.
Manage project documentation, permits, and compliance reports.
Oversee financial aspects, including invoice approvals and payment distributions.
Conduct regular meetings to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in construction or related industry management.
Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
