Job Description
The Project Manager role will be focused on Pre-Construction and Project Manager services for engineering and construction projects. You will be utilizing project management tools and methodologies, develop project estimates, create baseline schedules, and manage project detailed scoping efforts. You may lead projects from inception to closeout, and manage the scope, schedule and cost. The technical complexity, budget, number of internal and external parties involved, and risk to the company (i.e., financial, public reputation) increase as you move across the progression. Projects range from small scale (capital or non-capital) projects to large scale projects.
Responsible for the overall project delivery: budget, timeline, quality, change management, communication plans, and deliverables which could include, but not be limited to, the following:
Applies and adapts project management techniques.
Requires risk management.
May participate in negotiations with limited guidance as well as formal partnering agreements with other firms.
Assignments require extensive knowledge of concepts, principles or practices in a specific discipline, field or area of expertise.
Fundamental understanding of process improvement procedures.
Conducts financial analysis and forecasting of life cycle costs.
Acquires and manages Contracted resources including resource performance feedback.
Works with engineering and asset management analysts to determine appropriate application of historical/analogous or other cost estimating techniques to new planned work as appropriate.
Works with Project Controllers and Project Managers on active projects to ensure accuracy of cash flow, schedule, and resource forecasts.
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (executives, regulators, communities, etc.)
The ability to communicate complex technical and financial details to different levels of the organization
Requirements
Associate Project Manager:
Hiring Range: $77,595 to $100,486
Project Manager I:
Hiring Range: $88,336 to $114,838
Project Manager II:
Hiring Range: $100,378 to $131,496
Project Manager III includes the above requirements plus:
Hiring Range: $114,207 to $150,183
Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Headquarters location in Spokane, Washington at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with additional day(s) determined by the manager.

In compliance with state laws, we provide the full salary range for each position, along with the typical hiring range based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
