My client is a family-owned, Indianapolis-based specialty contractor with over 50 years of experience in the architectural products space. They specialize in highly customized installations including skylights, handrails, canopies, and other ornamental architectural products, completing roughly 300 projects yearly, primarily for repeat clients. They have an impressive project portfolio and a very strong reputation as a trusted contractor.
Manage specialty architectural construction projects from initial kickoff through final completion. Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, architects, manufacturers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Review and interpret architectural drawings, project specifications, and submittals. Track project schedules, budgets, scope, and overall progress to ensure projects remain on time. Manage project documentation - change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other required project correspondence. Successfully oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

3+ years of project management experience. Experience managing multiple complex and detail heavy projects at a time. Must be an individual with strong character, work ethic, dedication, and willingness to get into the weeds on projects. Strong experience in project documentation - RFIs, submittals, change orders. Experience reviewing architectural documentation.
Competitive base salary from $60K-$90K based on level of experience.
