The scope of the proposed services will include the following:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Voice Service Modernization<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
This position will focus on large -scale infrastructure transitions and vendor management:<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
Lead the project lifecycle for the AT&T Legacy Services Conversion Project (aka Copper to -Cloud (C2C) initiative), migrating approximately 13,000 statewide copper wire services to VoIP or LTE solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Provide oversight and resolution for AT&T ordering and provisioning issues.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Support the management and monitoring of existing/new NCS network and voice ITB, RFP, RFR, RFI contracts to ensure state government and operational compliance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/b>Mandatory.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
Minimum of 15 years’ experience with telecommunications technologies.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Advanced understanding of telecom vendors, available services, and project management workflows.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Extensive knowledge of Centrex, and other AT&T service offerings, including infrastructure, features and billing processes.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Direct experience delivering telecommunications services to State governments with an in -depth understanding of their unique network/telecom needs.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Experience leading financial and billing audits, with a focus on reconciling invoices, identifying billing errors, and quantifying cost savings.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Extensive VoIP service implementation experience, including knowledge of network infrastructure requirements.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Expertise in the development, structuring, and actively monitoring complex network and telecom contracts.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Resources must reside within the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area to support possible onsite needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
