Position Title: Special Projects Client Representative (PM, Special Projects) – NoCO FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Special Projects Date: 2026 Reports to: Construction Manager – NoCO Location: Loveland, CO Wage Range: $90,000-$130,000 + annual bonus incentive Application close date: September 30th, 2026 Job Summary A Project Manager, Special Projects (PM/SP) has an entrepreneurial spirit and able to work independently as well as within a team atmosphere. The Special Projects team is involved in projects from inception through completion and responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, project procurement, leading project design, and project management. This level of ownership in the pursuit/project life cycle deepens the client experience & internal relationships. The PM/SP will coordinate all aspects of a project with the owner, GC, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field managers/craftsmen to lead the team to a successful project completion.
