• Plan and coordinate construction project activities from initial planning through completion.
• Set project schedules and track milestones to keep work moving forward.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables to support reliable execution.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to clarify priorities and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Maintain project plans, status updates, and key documentation for clear communication.
• Identify schedule concerns and coordinate practical actions to address them.
• Track project progress and share updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Help ensure completed work aligns with agreed project requirements.

• 3+ years as a Project Manager with a Commercial GC
• Has run ground up projects Valued $1M-$20M
• Work out of office in Bedford NH
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word & Excel
• Good communication skills & detail oriented
• Self-starter with initiative & enthusiasm
• Strong mathematical and computer skills
• Good time management skills being able to meet deadline
• Willing to travel throughout CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT and NY
