Project Manager

Our client is an established commercial general contractor specializing in interior renovations, corporate office build-outs, and healthcare construction. Job Description

Manage tenant improvement, office, healthcare, and renovation projects from award through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, submittals, and procurement activities
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout construction
Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to drive project execution and reporting
Support estimating, preconstruction activities, and operational planning as needed

The Successful Applicant

3-7+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor
Experience delivering interior renovations, tenant improvements, or healthcare projects
Background with small to mid-sized contractors preferred
Proficiency with Procore and strong project administration skills
Flexible, client-focused professional with strong communication and leadership abilities
