Project Manager - South Florida Interior Construction

Description

• Manage tenant improvement, office, healthcare, and renovation projects from award through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, submittals, and procurement activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout construction
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to drive project execution and reporting
• Support estimating, preconstruction activities, and operational planning as needed

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 3-7+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor
• Experience delivering interior renovations, tenant improvements, or healthcare projects
• Background with small to mid-sized contractors preferred
• Proficiency with Procore and strong project administration skills
• Flexible, client-focused professional with strong communication and leadership abilities
