• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Monitor project costs, contracts, change orders, and documentation
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Background in retail, healthcare, industrial, mixed-use, or commercial construction
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Experience working for a general contractor required
• South Florida construction market experience preferred
