    Description

    • You will independently manages multiple small to mid-size EPC projects simultaneously
    • Supports new plant proposals as required
    • Additionally you will recognizes problems or situation that are new or without clear precedent
    • Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic approach, develops improvements and innovations to enhance project performance
    • Knows how to leverage the organization to achieve objectives, strategically positions project for short and long term goals
    • Also you will proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting and implementation
    • Able to analyze risk and future impact of decisions
    • Monitors entire project execution life cycle for compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations
    • Coordinates all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensures that objectives are met and within budget
    • Organizes, plans and prioritizes work of project team and self
    • You will performs project engineering work as needed
    • Interact with contractors during field installation
    • Interfaces with key stakeholders including business, operations and customers
    • Responsible for managing safety and quality programs related to projects
    • Prepares detailed project plans and controls elements of the plan
    • Lastly you will influences team members and promotes ideas to improve design practices
