| Job Description | Key Responsibilities Overall delivery ownership: single accountable point of contact for the CalHFA engagement, including a documented backup/deputy PM hierarchy so coverage is never interrupted. • Project planning: build and maintain the full project plan (milestones, risks, dependencies, timeline) from kickoff through Go-Live (target January 4, 2027) and post-launch stabilization. • Governance & reporting: run weekly status reporting to CalHFA stakeholders, own the RAID log, and coordinate all CalHFA-facing communication exclusively through the designated procurement/project channel. • Cross-functional coordination: align Architect, BA, Technical Lead, Integration Lead, QA Lead, AI/Automation Specialist, Data Migration Lead, and Training/OCM Lead against a single schedule and budget. • Roadmap ownership: deliver the 12–36 month vendor roadmap, phased/pilot/full deployment plan, and post-implementation support SLAs, escalation paths, and quarterly roadmap reviews. | ||||||||
| Skill set info | Required Qualifications — Mandatory 10+ years IT project management; 5+ years leading ServiceNow implementations • Minimum 5 years managing full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementation projects (ITSM/ITOM/CSM), including at least one project for a California state, county, or municipal government agency. • Prior project delivery experience with a U.S. public-sector / government agency client (state or federal), including familiarity with public procurement processes, RFP-driven delivery, and government reporting cadence. • PMP (or equivalent) certification. • Demonstrated experience running structured platform demonstrations, scripted proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and formal go/no-go evaluations for a client selection committee. Preferred Qualifications • ITIL v4 Foundation certification. • Experience with agencies operating under FedRAMP or similarly regulated compliance environments. • Familiarity with California housing finance, banking, or similarly regulated financial-services agencies. | ||||||||
