About The Role
ScalePro Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead luxury retail and high-end restaurant interior construction projects from a remote location. You'll manage sophisticated commercial interior buildouts for prestigious clients, overseeing everything from preconstruction through final closeout while working directly with subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams. This role demands expertise in custom millwork, premium architectural finishes, specialty installations, and complex MEP coordination. You'll be accountable for budgets, schedules, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications while delivering white-glove service to discerning clients in the luxury and hospitality sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage complete project lifecycle for luxury retail stores, high-end restaurants, and upscale hospitality interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor contracts, and procurement processes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate custom millwork fabrication, premium architectural finishes, and specialty installations with trade partners and vendors
- Direct complex MEP coordination for sophisticated interior systems in occupied or high-visibility commercial spaces
- Process and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and monthly pay applications using Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
- Conduct site visits and virtual coordination meetings to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with design intent
- Communicate daily with architects, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
- Report directly to Construction Director or VP of Operations on project status, risks, and financial performance
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience working directly for a commercial General Contractor (GC)
- Proven track record personally managing luxury retail, high-end restaurant, OR upscale hospitality interior construction projects
- Hands-on experience independently managing detailed commercial interior buildouts from start to finish
- Strong background overseeing custom millwork, premium architectural finishes, specialty installations, and detailed interior construction
- Demonstrated expertise in complex MEP coordination for commercial interiors
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
Helpful, but not required
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
- Experience with experiential hospitality or branded retail environments
- LEED or other sustainability certifications
