We hope youre one of them.The Role:This role has two salary ranges, depending on the level at which the candidate is hired:Project Manager: $98,000.00 - $163,000.00Senior Project Manager: $132,600 - $221,000The final level will be determined based on each candidates professional experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.At Vivmark Residential, we develop, build, and operate apartment communities across the United States. We are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through completion.This role is responsible for the overall success of assigned projects, including budget, schedule, quality, safety, and team performance. The ideal candidate brings strong construction management expertise, a proactive leadership style, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, consultants, trade partners, and field personnel. What Youll DoLead multifamily construction projects through all phases of development and constructionDevelop, manage, and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plansCoordinate closely with Development, Design, Purchasing, Operations, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful project deliveryManage bidding, procurement, contract administration, and cost control activitiesMonitor construction progress and proactively address schedule, budget, quality, and constructability challengesEnsure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety expectationsLead and develop project teams, field leadership, and construction staffReview project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies before they impact executionOversee project reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycleSupport continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence across the construction platformWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience managing multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale residential construction projectsStrong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controlsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholdersExperience working with consultants, trade partners, local jurisdictions, and third-party vendorsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to evaluate risk, make sound decisions, and drive projects to successful completionPreferred Qualifications for Senior Project ManagerExtensive experience leading large-scale multifamily developments, redevelopment projects, or capital improvement programsExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and mentoring Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project EngineersAdvanced expertise in budgeting, forecasting, constructability reviews, value engineering, and project execution planningProven ability to influence project strategy and partner with senior leadership on business and operational decisionsHow Vivmark Supports You:We know that our teams are the beating heart of our success and we re committed to showing our appreciation.We offer:A competitive benefits package that supports your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and company holidays, and exclusive team member housing discounts.Additional Info:Vivmark Residential is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to an inclusive and diverse work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
