Project Manager, Senior PM and Superintendent - Commercial

GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Central Ohio commercial general contractor with self-perform capabilities. The company is adding a Project Manager, Senior PM and Superintendent - Commercial to its team in Columbus, OH. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Diverse commercial construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate self-performed concrete, masonry, steel and drywall scopes
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site

Requirements

• Diverse commercial construction experience.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
