Job Description
Support the delivery of a 220-unit ground-up podium multifamily development in Downtown Spartanburg. Manage project budgets, contracts, procurement, scheduling, and documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and field operations teams. Partner closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure successful project execution. Assist with client communication, reporting, and project controls throughout the 24-month schedule.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager / Senior Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Experience as a Project Manager or seasoned Assistant Project Manager with a commercial or multifamily general contractor
- Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Spartanburg or commute from Charlotte twice weekly
