With a strong reputation for quality, repeat business, and employee development, they provide employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working on some of the industry's most unique projects.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities for an Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager:Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from turnover through completion.Lead subcontractor and vendor management activities to ensure scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met.Review, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and proactively identify schedule risks.Perform cost-to-complete forecasting and monitor job profitability throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present financial reports, budget updates, and project performance metrics.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and trade partners to drive successful project execution.Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations.Support projects involving commercial interiors, secure facilities, executive offices, conference centers, cafeterias, and workplace environments.Travel to project sites as needed to support nationwide project delivery.The successful applicant should have:Strong understanding of construction project management fundamentals.Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, project finances, and schedules.Demonstrated experience with cost forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.Experience leading commercial construction or interior renovation projects.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing SCIF, secure facility, federal, defense, or intelligence-related projects.Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Vista.Familiarity with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain certification with company support.Flexibility to travel as project needs require.What's on offer:Up to 100k for Assistant Project Manager, up to 140k for Project ManagerPerformance bonus (average 5%+)Up to 17 days PTO401(k) with 4% contributionESOP participation70% employer-paid medical coverage for employees and familiesLife insurance$90/week vehicle allowance or company vehicleHybrid work schedule
