Project Manager
Job Description:
HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Seattle office, with a focus on Federal, SCIF, and Tenant Improvement projects.
This position is ideal for a construction professional who understands the unique requirements of secure and highly technical environments while also being comfortable managing fast-paced commercial interior projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of projects from preconstruction through closeout, including financial performance, schedule, subcontractor management, client relationships, and coordination with the field team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience delivering SCIF and/or Federal construction projects, along with a strong background in commercial tenant improvements.

The right candidate understands that Federal and SCIF construction requires a different level of planning, coordination, documentation, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can navigate those requirements while maintaining the speed, flexibility, and client-service mindset necessary to successfully deliver tenant improvement work.
This person should be comfortable taking ownership of a project, building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and partnering with field leadership to solve problems quickly and keep projects moving.

In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, section RCW 49.58.110, the base salary range for this position is:
$96,800.00 - $132,000.00
Compensation in other cities and states may vary. HITT Contracting offers a competitive total benefits and compensation package including performance-based bonuses, premium health care coverage including vision and dental, employer-matched 401(k), wellness reimbursement program, paid holidays and time-off, and other voluntary benefits and leave types. The determination of salary is based on the candidate's individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
