Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead and manage large, long-term, cross-departmental infrastructure or development projects, especially in Marketing, Loyalty, and Payments domains.
- Serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, ensuring successful project delivery within defined timeframes and budgets.
- Work with minimal supervision, directing project activities and coordinating efforts across teams and departments.
- Manage projects related to data and cloud technologies, leveraging strong experience in these areas.
- Facilitate agile project management processes, applying recent, real-world experience with Agile methodologies.
- Coordinate and communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders at all levels.
- Hybrid work environment: Collaborate in-person at headquarters 4 days a week and work remotely 1 day a week for local candidates; fully remote options considered for non-local candidates.
