Job Description

Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and the field team. Oversee subcontractor performance, coordination, and change management. Drive project documentation, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure quality standards are upheld and safety practices are followed. Foster strong relationships built on trust, communication, and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience. Background in commercial, education, light industrial, or healthcare sectors. Strong financial acumen and proven ability to manage complex schedules. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively. Proficient with project management software and construction technologies. Local to the Savannah region or willing to operate daily within a 60-mile radius.
