Project Manager

Proven experience managing projects in manufacturing, supply chain, or IT environments. Track record in digital transformation, system integration, and process automation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex, cross-functional projects. Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field. Manage IT and digital transformation projects for manufacturing, supply chain, and process optimization. Collaborate with global teams (US, Ireland, Philippines, Asia) to ensure alignment and operational continuity. Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and influence GO&T team members from multiple levels in the organization. Keeps team focused on critical project goals and initiatives Responsible for delivering multiple projects on-time, on-budget and with desired business results. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable results. Support the development of team capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Coordinate harmonization of data systems and integration of new technologies (automation, analytics, AI/ML).

Salary Range: $86,000 - $125,000 a year
