• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from short-term initiatives to multi-month programs.
• Track and coordinate multiple workstreams across technology, lines of business, and Member Value teams.
• Facilitate project status meetings and ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential conflicts between projects and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide project updates, status reporting, and executive readouts to leadership teams when required.
• Drive accountability, execution, and delivery against aggressive timelines and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technology and business organizations.
• Experience leading project status meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to provide updates to leadership and executive audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Digital Product Management organizations.
• Experience within financial services, banking, or insurance environments.
• Experience supporting onboarding, customer acquisition, or member experience initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
