Job Details

St. Louis-based construction firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do:

Manage full project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and closeout
Serve as primary client point of contact, maintaining strong owner/architect relationships
Review and negotiate subcontracts, change orders, and RFIs
Collaborate with Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and on budget
Ensure quality control and safety compliance across job sites

What You Bring:

5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction (GC side preferred)
Experience with industrial, multifamily, healthcare, or aviation projects a plus
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar PM software
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
