This is a high-impact role where you'll own projects end-to-end, work alongside strong field teams, and play a key role in scaling operations. Ideal for someone who started in the electrical field and moved into project management-you understand both the office and the jobsite.
What You'll Own
Drive multiple solar projects from preconstruction through closeout
Control schedule, budget, cost tracking, and forecasting
Lead coordination between:
Field teams & superintendents
Electrical subcontractors
Vendors, suppliers, and clients
Manage procurement, equipment, and material flow
Own project financials: cost coding, budget tracking, reporting
Perform material takeoffs and support project planning
Review and manage contracts, change orders, and risk
Keep projects aligned on safety, quality, and schedule
What Makes You a Fit
Strongly Preferred
Experience managing 1-10 MW solar projects
background with a solar EPC or electrical contractor
Strong understanding of:
Subcontractor coordination
Project financials
Field-to-office communication
Field-to-office career path (electrician PM)
