# Summary Jolly is a Silicon Valley-based software company with more than 40,000 customers and millions of users, including many Fortune 500 companies and world-renowned organizations.

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple SaaS products and platforms. This role is critical to ensuring predictable, high-quality monthly releases across a complex environment consisting of web services and cross-platform mobile applications (iOS, Android, Windows).

This is a Remote Work-from-Home full-time position.

# Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across all platforms.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across ~12 active workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-team deliverables to ensure alignment between engineering, QA, and DevOps.
  • Drive release readiness activities, including code freeze, QA validation, and deployment scheduling.
  • Ensure all builds and deployments are completed on time with high quality and minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable, and regular releases.
  • Run daily/weekly project syncs, sprint planning, and release planning meetings.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early; proactively drive resolution.
  • Track progress across teams and provide clear, concise status updates to leadership.
  • Ensure proper handoffs between development, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Improve communication and coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine SDLC, release workflows, and project tracking processes.
  • Introduce best practices for managing high-frequency, multi-platform releases.
  • Optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting for visibility and efficiency.
  • Help standardize release checklists, documentation, and operational playbooks.
  • Work with Azure DevOps to improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency and reliability.

# Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of project management experience in software development environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and release cycles.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release management.
  • Experience coordinating web applications and mobile app releases (Azure, iOS, Android, Windows).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage complexity, track dependencies, and drive execution under tight timelines.
