Overview:
We are looking for an RWA Risk professional for our banking client on a project basis. This role is onsite in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) iniatives and regulatory capital projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting.
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Support Basel III/IV implementation efforts, RWA optimization initiatives, and regulatory remediation programs.
Drive data, process, and technology enhancements related to capital and risk reporting.
Prepare executive-level status reporting and governance materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
8+ years of relevant project management experience within a banking enviornment.
Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, risk management, and capital planning processes.
Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
