Position: Roofing Project Manager (On-Site & In-Office Roles Available)
We are currently hiring two Project Managers to support our growing roofing division—one based in the office and one working on-site. Both roles are responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from post-sale coordination through final installation.
The ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing homeowners, installers, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable handling homeowner concerns and coordinating with installers and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee roofing projects from sale through final installation.
- Coordinate scheduling between homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
- Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
- Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs to ensure project completion standards are met.
- Address and resolve issues related to scheduling, installation, and project execution.
- Maintain clear communication across all parties throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience in roofing.
- Residential roofing installation experience or background in construction/home improvement required.
