Our client is a fast-growing company that acquires brands and transforms them through strategic marketing, elevated design, and improved products. They are looking for a Project Manager to bring structure and momentum to the creative and development process, overseeing projects from initial concept through completion.

This is a highly collaborative role within a supportive team where people genuinely enjoy working together.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee development projects across multiple developers and brands
• Coordinate between development, design, marketing, operations, and other teams
• Manage projects from initial request through development, testing, and completion
• Assign and prioritize projects across developers
• Track timelines, deliverables, and project status
• Make sure requirements are clear before development begins
• Identify blockers and keep projects moving forward
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct basic QA and confirm projects are completed as requested

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical project management
• Strong understanding of web development and e-commerce
• Experience working directly with developers
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities
• Shopify/e-commerce experience is a plus
• Able to work in office in Williamsburg 5 days a week
