Our client is an established commercial general contractor serving Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. With decades of experience in the region, this company provides construction management and general contracting services for complex ground-up, renovation, and addition projects.

Job Details

Commercial construction Project Management experience
Ground-up and renovation construction experience
K-12, higher education, municipal, institutional, or commercial project experience
Construction management or general contracting experience
Preconstruction and project planning experience
Project scheduling and schedule management
Budgeting and cost control
Subcontractor procurement and buyout
Contract and change order management
RFI and submittal management
Owner and architect coordination
Subcontractor and field team coordination
Quality control and safety oversight
Project documentation and reporting
Project closeout experience
Construction drawings and specifications proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Construction management software proficiency
Ability to manage multiple priorities and project stakeholders
