Building And Construction Project Manager
As a Building and Construction Project Manager, you will:
- Manage projects from award through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and consultants
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
- Monitor project costs, forecasting, and financial performance
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support project closeout, punch-list completion, and turnover activities
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field staff to ensure successful project execution

A successful Building and Construction Project Manager, candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and budgeting
- Experience with contract administration and change management
- Ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Strong financial management and forecasting abilities
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Preferred Experience
- Commercial, industrial, institutional, or specialty construction projects
- Design-build and negotiated project delivery methods
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
