Duties:
Lead end-to-end integration of animal research programs across both institutions.
Develop and execute integration roadmap including governance, operations, compliance, and infrastructure alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including veterinary services, IACUC, research administration, and facilities.
Conceptualizes ideas and develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, deliverables, resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency plans.
Develops and determines priorities and monitors status of projects.
Provides regular updates, written and verbal presentations, to leaders and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, key milestones, risks, project findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
Resolves project-related issues, conflicts, and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Assess current-state operations and identify opportunities for alignment and efficiency.
Develop unified policies and ensure regulatory compliance (USDA, AAALAC, OLAW).
Establish project plans, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
Communicate progress and recommendations to leadership.
Resolve integration challenges and support decision-making.
Lead change management and foster a unified culture.
Conduct post-implementation evaluations and continuous improvement.

Education:
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
