Project Manager - Richmond - Casino Project
The Project Manager - Richmond - Casino Project will be responsible for:
- Managing construction projects from start to finish with a focus on timelines and cost control
- Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
- Monitoring project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Leading regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership
- Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project life cycle
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Overseeing procurement processes and subcontractor agreements

The Project Manager - Richmond - Casino Project should have:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
- Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
