From the moment a purchase order lands until the last fixture is installed on the floor, you're the person our clients call, the one keeping engineering, production, and installation moving in the same direction, and the one who gets to see a project you ran standing in a store.We're a custom fixture and millwork manufacturer in Denver, PA (Lancaster County), and we're growing. You'll join an established PM team under our new VP of Project Management and run a portfolio of concurrent retail programs for national and regional brands.What you'll doManage 8–15 concurrent retail fixture projects of varying size and complexity, from order receipt through fabrication, delivery, and installationServe as the primary client contact - status updates, change management, problem-solving, and the occasional hard conversationBuild and maintain project schedules in coordination with our scheduling coordinator, engineering, and production teamsReview drawings and specifications with our engineering group; catch constructability and scope issues before they hit the shop floorTrack project budgets and margins; process change orders and keep scope creep honestCoordinate freight, delivery windows, and third-party installation crews at retail sites nationwideClose out projects cleanly: punch lists, client sign-off, and lessons learnedWhat you bringRequired:3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, construction, millwork, or similar built-environment settingProven ability to run multiple concurrent projects without dropping ballsStrong client-facing communication skills - written and verbalComfort reading shop drawings and technical specificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling toolsAbility to work on-site at our Denver, PA facilityNice to have:Experience in retail fixtures, store environments, casework, or custom millworkFamiliarity with ERP systemsPMP or CAPM certificationExperience coordinating field installation crewsWhat we offerSalary: $78,000–$95,000, based on experience - and we benchmark our compensation against market data annually, so you won't have to leave to get a fair raiseHealth, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Paid time off and holidaysA profitable, growing, family-owned company where PMs have a real voice and direct access to leadership
