Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects from buyout through completion. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Review and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. Support business development efforts and client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor. Experience managing ground-up retail and commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of budgeting, contracts, and scheduling. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
