• Manage construction projects from planning through completion
• Control budgets, schedules, procurement, and project reporting
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance standards
• Lead project meetings and drive successful project delivery

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Retail & Commercial Construction should have:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
• Background in retail, restaurants, banking, office, or commercial construction
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
