Manage construction projects from planning through completion
Control budgets, schedules, procurement, and project reporting
Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance standards
Lead project meetings and drive successful project delivery

A successful Project Manager - Retail & Commercial Construction should have:
5+ years of construction project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
Background in retail, restaurants, banking, office, or commercial construction
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Competitive salary ranging from USD 160,000 to 180,000 annually.
