We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in exterior commercial building restoration to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing commercial restoration projects involving concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing systems, and exterior building envelope (building skin) work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage exterior commercial restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and full building envelope projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contract specifications
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
- Identify and resolve field issues while keeping projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in exterior commercial restoration
- Strong background in concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and exterior building skin systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
