PROJECT MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION!

A residential construction firm in the Asheville area is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! This role is about 70% office & 30% field and offers a competitive salary & benefits.

PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

️ Experience in residential construction

️ Background with a top production home builder preferred; custom home builder experience also considered

️ Strong construction knowledge

️ Comfortable handling paperwork and online systems/software

️ Able to split time between the office (70%) and the field (30%)

PROJECT MANAGER COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$90,000 - $110,000
