Our direct end-client a large R&D focused global pharmaceuticals organization is seeking to hire for the below role.
 
Job Title: Junior Project Manager - Project Reporting and Analytics
Location: Cambridge, MA 02142 | Hybrid 3 days/week onsite
Duration: 6 months plus
Pay rate: $50/HR - $60/HR (negotiable)
 
We are looking for a junior resource to assist our client with the following tasks:
 
  • Data Compliance Checks: Support the team with routine checks of study wearables data for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with required standards, including leveraging AI-enabled tools where appropriate to help identify missing information, inconsistencies, or potential compliance issues. Use AI-assisted review and summarization capabilities to help flag items for follow-up by the lead. Assist in tracking follow-up actions and resolving basic data-related items as directed.
  • Reporting: help prepare recurring status updates, summary reports, and tracking documents. Compile information from existing sources to support reporting on project progress, compliance status, and action items. Update trackers and supporting materials under supervision.
  • Project Operations Assistance: Assist with day-to-day project operations by tracking action items, meeting follow-ups, timelines, and deliverables. Support meeting coordination, note-taking, and circulation of meeting materials as needed. Maintain project trackers and operational documents as assigned.
  • Contract Review Support: assist with initial review of contracts and related documents for completeness and consistency. Support tracking of contract status, comments, revisions, and approvals. Escalate items requiring deeper review or approval to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ad Hoc Support Within Scope: Provide additional support for compliance, reporting, and project operations tasks as assigned. Assist with related project activities that are appropriate for a junior-level resource and within scope.
 
Required Capabilities:
  • Familiar with MS Office tools
  • Knows basics of AI prompting
  • Basic analytic capabilities
  • GxP/Pharma Experience: Preferred
  • Location: Onsite/Hybrid
