What you do need:Leadership experience - Have you managed shifts, led teams, or motivated people under pressure? That counts.Problem-solving instincts - You think on your feet and don't panic when plans changeStrong communication skills - You can talk to a homeowner, a craftsman, and a vendor all in the same morning ( Bilingual is a Plus )Organizational skills - You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ballDecision-making confidence - You're comfortable making the call and owning the outcomeValid driver's license and clean driving recordRequired Experience :Experience as a foreman, supervisor, or team lead3+ years in a trade or hands-on construction/remodeling rolePrior Project management experience is a plusIf you've thrived in fast-paced retail, hospitality, military leadership, or customer service industry and truly want to make a positive change this may be the career for you.
