Project Manager (Real Estate)

We are seeking a Project Manager (Real Estate) to support commercial development projects through due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and municipal approvals. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in architecture, civil engineering, construction, or land development looking to grow in real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence, zoning analysis, and pre-development coordination
• Prepare conceptual site layouts and review architectural/civil plans
• Coordinate permits, entitlements, variances, and agency approvals
• Work with municipalities, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Track project schedules, approvals, budgets, and documentation
• Support site visits, public meetings, and development reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, engineering, architecture, or land development
• Knowledge of zoning, permitting, and municipal approval processes
• Ability to read construction and civil drawings
• AutoCAD proficiency required
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Commercial, retail, or fuel station development
• Experience with Northeast municipal permitting processes
• Occasional travel required for site visits
