Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical background and proven delivery leadership experience in enterprise-scale IT projects. The role requires hands-on understanding of modern application stacks along with deep expertise in US Healthcare domain, particularly across Data, Claims, Clinical, and Payment Integrity systems.

The ideal candidate should combine strong technical awareness with end-to-end project execution capabilities and stakeholder/client management experience.

• Agile methodologies and Scrum framework execution experience
• End-to-end project management and delivery leadership
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (E2E) across healthcare technology initiatives
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful execution of deliverables
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for requirements, updates, and escalations
• Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery tracking where applicable
