• • Lead all phases of construction projects frompreconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Drive project execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to support efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee projects within sectors such as warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Current Project Manager experience within commercial construction.
• 3-5 years of experience serving as a Project Manager.
• Proven ability to manage projects through all phases of construction.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, hospitality, or healthcare projects.
• Experience working for a general contractor on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000.
