SummaryBalfour Beatty is seeking a Project Manager for a Design-Build (DB) Barracks Renovation project of Buildings 2001 and 2002 at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia. Renovation work is a full interior demo and rebuild of the historic structures including Roof repairs; HVAC replacement; Plumbing repairs; Perimeter Drain Tile replacement; Hazardous Material abatement; Replace Fire Alarm system; Install Fire Sprinklers; Electrical and Lighting repairs; and Install two Elevators (one Personal), one (Service). Renovated barracks will be in accordance with the 2+0 standard.The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of this construction project. In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Ten years or more of commercial construction experienceFive years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.Experience with project manager software (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.)Experience with Change order administration.Must be capable of reading, writing, and conversing fluently in the English language
Must have experience with scheduling
Preferred Requirements
Experience with mechanical and electrical systems construction and commissioningExperience with eMCS, cost-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and time impact analysisExperience with BIM tools and lean construction practices.Experience with design-build and alternative project delivery methodsFederal Experience helpful but not requiredOSHA 30Familiar with requirements of EM 385-1-1Capable of conversing fluently in the Spanish language
Pay Rate: $125,000-150,000.*
