Project Manager – Quality Assurance

Job Title: Project Manager Quality Assurance

Location: Boston, MA

Employment Type: Contract (1 Year with Extension)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QA projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Conduct project meetings and track action items, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Provide regular project updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects follow quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing projects related to Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Manufacturing Quality, or Compliance.
• Strong experience handling multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of GxP principles and pharmaceutical quality requirements.
• Knowledge of GMP, GCP, GDP, and other applicable quality standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

Pay Scale Anticipated hourly pay rate: specific range such as ($60/hr to $65/hr) - DOE.
