Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are achieved.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and design partners throughout the construction process.
Utilize Procore and other construction management tools for documentation and reporting.
Manage procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and project financials.
Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and municipal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining project momentum.

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Project Manager will have:

2-5+ years of Lead Project Management experience in construction.
Experience managing large projects ($20M+) preferred.
Background in ground-up construction or large-scale renovations.
Experience with public, academic, or K-12 projects is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Procore.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Ability to commute to Waltham, MA.
