Description

  • Lead municipal and public-sector projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage contractor buyout, procurement, subcontract negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Partner with field leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining profitability.
  • Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Experience managing municipal, education, civic, government, public safety, recreation, or other public-sector projects.
  • Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
  • Familiarity with public bidding processes and municipal contracting requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
