For decades, they have partnered with municipalities, park districts, school districts, public agencies, and local governments to successfully complete projects that enhance and strengthen communities.Job DescriptionManage municipal and public-sector construction projects from award through completion.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts.Lead project planning, subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration activities.Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, municipalities, architects, engineers, and consultants.Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Lead owner, architect, and contractor meetings while providing regular project updates.Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong client relationships.Manage project closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
