Join a growing, design-forward firm with strong Midwest roots.
Manage public and municipal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings. Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Track project financial performance and forecasting. Ensure compliance with public bidding requirements and prevailing wage regulations. Coordinate project teams and maintain strong client relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor. Proven public, municipal, education, or government project experience. Strong knowledge of project scheduling and financial management. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
